LaminationLash Lifts (we specialise in Lash Lifts)Facials and Skin TreatmentsSpray TanMakeupWhat We're Looking ForBeauty experience advantageous but not necessary as we provide full training, Customer Service experience is a must!
Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or currently studying toward one)Genuine skill and love for brows, lashes and skinProactive, warm and outgoing- you can hold a great conversation while delivering exceptional resultsPolished and well-presented (we love style with comfort)High attention to detail and strong motivationA team-first mindset- we're small and tight-knit, help each other out and love to have a chat on lunch breaksMust be comfortable being on social media, don't worry not everyday but we do love to champion our team.At least 1 late night (can be more if preferred and available) and Saturday each week to begin, once Full Time you'll get 1 Saturday off a month.What You'll GetAward rate pay (Hair & Beauty Industry Award ****) + superannuation with potential to increase above award wage based on performance.Performance based bonus structure.Flexible casual hours- will be set each week but we're happy to work with your schedule.Specialised education and growth plan as well as full comprehensive training for each treatment we offer.Complimentary salon treatmentsCost price productsTeam bonding activities including our annual Christmas partyInclusive team culture (that genuinely feels like family) where your thoughts & ideas matterExcellent coffee (we're surrounded by the best spots in Paddington)
