We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to join the team at O'Brien Engineering Pty Ltd.
This is a full-time position based in Silverwater NSW ****.
As a Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehousing, storage and distribution operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and safely.
This position is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of our manufacturing and logistics operations, directly contributing to our company's success and customer satisfaction.What you'll be doingOperating and maintaining warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks and other machinery in accordance with safety protocolsReceiving, storing and organising raw materials and finished products in designated warehouse areasPicking, packing and preparing products for dispatch to customers with accuracy and efficiencyLoading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring items are handled with careMaintaining accurate inventory records and reporting stock levels to supervisorsCleaning and maintaining warehouse facilities to ensure a safe and organised working environmentFollowing all health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all timesAssisting with quality control checks on materials and finished productsSupporting other team members and supervisors as required to meet operational targetsWhat we're looking forPhysical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting,
