Working with a growing Business‐to‐Business customer base, you'll be involved in every stage of the customer journey - from the initial enquiry through to production, finishing and handover.
Working alongside the passionate and driven franchise owner and an equally skilled and driven Knoxfield team, you will be part of something special.Key responsibilitiesAssisting customers with enquiries and providing creative solutionsPreparing and following up quotationsProcessing orders from concept through to completionPreparing and checking print files, whilst liaising with an internal Graphic Designer for correctionsOperating finishing equipment including guillotines, laminators, folders and binding equipmentPackaging and coordinating deliveriesMaintaining exceptional production quality and turnaround timesFollowing up existing customers to generate repeat businessWorking closely with our Knoxfield production team on larger commercial projectsAbout youExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh attention to detailThe ability to prioritise and manage multiple jobsStrong computer skills and confidence learning new softwareConfidence working independently while also collaborating with a wider teamA willingness to ask for the sale and build long‐term customer relationshipsA good understanding of digital print and pre‐press workflowsExperience operating Konica Minolta production equipment (highly regarded)Extensive paid training at our Knoxfield centre (2 weeks induction program at Knoxfield)Support from Australia's fastest-growing Kwik Kopy centre - Kwik Kopy KnoxfieldA varied role with genuine autonomyMonday to Friday hoursCareer development opportunities as the business growsFriendly, supportive team culture where your ideas matterAbout usKwik Kopy is one of Australia's most recognised Design, Print and Signage brands.
