plating and service when things get busyKeeping food safety and hygiene locked in at all times (non-negotiable)Running your section during service and keeping things moving on the passKeeping your station clean, organised and ready for the next wave of ticketsWhat We're Looking ForCert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience in the real world)Food Allergens and Do Food Safely CertificateExperience in a busy pub, bistro or high-volume kitchenSolid understanding of basic cooking methods and how to execute a recipe properlyWillingness to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidaysA Role That Keeps You MovingThis is a fast‐paced, hands‐on hospitality leadership role.
