have a passion to work within early childhood settings, bringing robust engagement, comminication, supervision skills, and a reliable work ethic.Qualified Professionals: A completed Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification in Early Years, OR completion of at least 50% of your ECT qualification.Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to travel to various early learning services and kindergartens around Ballarat and surrounding areas.Engaging Personality: A warm, vibrant, and approachable nature that allows you to easily connect, collaborate, and build strong relationships with fellow educators, centre staff, and families.Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:Child Safety: A commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and maintaining child-safe environments.Working with Children Check: Holds, or is willing to immediately obtain, a valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
