Experienced Receptionist for Specialist Dental PracticeWe are seeking an experienced dental receptionist to join our busyspecialist dental practice located in Brisbane CBD, position is full time, no weekends or late nights required, 4 days a week.You will be the face of our practice and the first point of call for scheduling appointments, taking payments and attending the queries of our patients.Essential Criteria for this role:Minimum 1year of experience as a dental receptionistExcellent customer service and telephone mannerPassion for patient careAbility to work well in a team environmentExcellent time managementRequirements:Knowledge of Exact Dental SoftwareProficient skills in Microsoft Office and word processingHighly developed written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi-taskResponsibilities:Answer phone calls and book appointmentsGreet patients and visitors to the practiceAttend e-mails from current and existing patientsFollow up on enquiries from new and existing patientsLiaise with all practice staff to ensure smooth work flowOperate HICAPS and EFTPOS machine and complete billing and invoicingCRM ManagementAssist with maintenance and general tidiness of reception and waiting room areasAssist with clinical duties may be required
