Position Overview
This role is best suited to individuals with a can-do attitude, who are well organised and adaptable.
Primary responsibilities include:
Conducting manual loading and unloading of freight in accordance with company proceduresExecuting timely, accurate deliveries & PickupsRepresenting FedEx with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfactionMaintaining full compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols
Candidate Requirements




Unrestricted Australian working rightsMinimum Full C Class LicenseClean driving record (no more than six demerit points within the past three years)Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening, including: drug and alcohol testing, driving performance assessment, criminal history check, & functional assessmentDemonstrated attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and adherence to procedural standardsStrong customer service orientation and professional demeanourPrior experience in courier or freight delivery highly regarded not required
