Specialising in cosmetic injectables, bio-stimulators, laser treatments, body contouring, platelet-rich plasma, skin tightening, and cosmetic dermatology treatments.Key responsibilitiesManage the appointment book of the busy clinical team, ensuring the smooth running of all appointmentsMake, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments, optimising the appointment book accordingly to maximise the business opening hours and clinical teamProcess payments in multiple formats, issue refunds, confident cash handling, reconcile end of day bankingManage the clinic emails promptly for all client enquiries, including advice on skincare, appointments, and reactions, as well as client feedbackManage the phone lines in a polite and calm manner, being informative,
