You'll lead and develop junior staff, maintain standards and support management in driving efficiency.What you'll be doingOversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standardsCoach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growthAct as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when requiredMonitor stock, portion control and ordering to manage costs effectivelyImplement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiencyWhat's in it for youFree day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa)Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurantsBonus scheme and recognition rewardsA supportive, friendly teamCareer development and in-role trainingFull-time contract, shifts fall between 8:00am and 11:30pm, varying between 4 to 8 hours in lengthYou will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hoursover a 4-week period.
