Your responsibilities will include: Building positive and trusting relationships with children and young peopleSupporting evening, bedtime,



and settling routines Promoting independence and helping children develop essential life skills Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe, nurturing environment Supporting care plans, daily routines, and risk assessments (full training provided) Monitoring children's wellbeing throughout the night Carrying out hourly welfare and administrative checks Completing light domestic duties to maintain a comfortable and welcoming home environment About You We're looking for people who are caring, reliable, and motivated to make a positive impact.
Previous experience is welcomed and reflected in a higher rate of pay, but it's not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
You'll ideally: Have a genuine passion for supporting children with complex needsBe patient, resilient, and emotionally intelligent Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team Be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts Be capable of meeting the practical and emotional demands of the role Hold, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Residential Childcare Hold a full UK driving licence,
