Casual Chiropractic Assistant/ReceptionistThe Family Wellness Centre – Toowoomba QLDCasual Chiropractic AssistantToowoomba Family Wellness CentreToowoomba Family Wellness Centre is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Casual Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.This position would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is confident communicating with patients and can help create a welcoming and professional experience from the moment someone walks through the door.About the roleThe position will initially be 8 hours every Saturday, with the opportunity to take on additional days and hours for the right person based on performance, reliability and the needs of the clinic.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming patients and managing the front deskAnswering phone calls and responding to patient enquiriesBooking and managing appointmentsTaking payments and completing general reception dutiesHelping keep the clinic organised,



clean and running smoothlyCommunicating with chiropractors and other practitioners throughout the dayProviding excellent customer service and making patients feel comfortable and looked afterAbout youWe are looking for someone who is:Friendly, approachable and confident with peopleReliable and punctualOrganised and able to multitaskComfortable using computers and learning new systemsProfessional in presentation and communicationAble to work independently and take initiativeInterested in health, wellness or working in a healthcare environmentPrevious reception, administration, customer service or healthcare experience would be beneficial, but the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn are more significant.HoursInitially Saturdays, approximately 8 hours per week.There is genuine potential for more days and hours in the future for someone who performs well and becomes a valuable part of the team.If you're positive, dependable and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
