We are looking for a Timber Customer Service & Yard duties to join our team at Rattray & Walker Mitre 10 in Rye, VIC.
This is a full-time position and will involve assisting customers with their timber requirements & carrying out yard duties.What you'll be doingProviding exceptional customer service to our timber customersAssisting customers with product selection, measurements, and loadingMaintaining the timber yard, including stocking, organizing, and tidyingSupporting the wider Mitre 10 team as neededWhat we're looking forExperience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the timber or hardware industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customersAbility to work in a physical role, including lifting and loading timberA keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and accuratelyA positive,
