The successful candidate will work across a variety of residential and commercial landscaping projects and will be involved in both the construction and ongoing maintenance of gardens and outdoor spaces.Task & responsibilitiesPreparing sites and soil for landscaping and planting worksPlanting trees, shrubs, hedges, flowers and other vegetationInstalling and maintaining lawns and recent turfInstalling and maintaining irrigation systemsConstructing garden beds and landscaped areasAssisting with retaining walls and other landscaping structuresPruning trees, shrubs and hedgesLawn mowing, edging, weeding and general garden maintenanceApplying fertilisers, soil conditioners and other plant treatments where requiredOperating landscaping and gardening tools and equipmentMaintaining outdoor areas to a high professional standardWorking safely and efficiently as part of the landscaping teamQualifications & experienceTo be considered for this position, applicants should have:



Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or a closely related qualificationAt least 1 year of relevant experience in landscaping or professional gardeningPractical knowledge of plants, turf, irrigation and garden maintenanceExperience using landscaping and gardening tools and equipmentAbility to perform physically demanding outdoor workGood attention to detail and a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbout CompanyTuscany Garden is a Sydney-based landscaping and garden maintenance company established in ****.
