Learn more aboutIkon.About the roleAs a Course Advisor, you'll be the key link between prospective domestic students and their higher education goals.
You'll proactively promote Ikon's industry-leading programs, provide personalised guidance, and support future students through every step of their enrolment journey.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding accurate course, enrolment, and policy advice to prospective domestic students, nationally via inbound and outbound phone and web-based enquiriesPromote Ikon's courses to prospective student and achieve targets aligned with sales objectivesManage the student pipeline and process of leads, and nurture leads towards conversionCapture accurate data on the CRM system (Salesforce) in a timely mannerCollaborate with Future Students – Team Leader to organise meetings and deliver course information to Ikon's partnersAssisting in the delivery of "Product Discovery" sessions with academic staff and other relevant stakeholdersLiaise with relevant stakeholders where required, to provide support on student queriesAssist with feedback regarding emerging market and customer trendsProviding comprehensive product information at key recruitment events including Open Days and career events (some out of hours work will apply)Monitoring student satisfaction and reporting promptly on student related issues where requiredGather feedback from students and report them to the Team Leader to support continuous improvementEducation,



Experience & SkillsBachelor qualification or higherStrong outbound and consultative sales techniques.At least 3 years' experience in a sales role within a higher education environmentProven ability to nurture leads from first contact to conversion and build long-term client relationshipsExperience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systemsIT literacy, particularly Microsoft OfficeStrong presentation skills for delivering engaging and informative sessions.Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.High-level understanding of key requirements of relevant regulatory frameworks, especially the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) ****.Positive attitude, results-focused, and strong attention to detail.Why Join us?
