As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement.As part of our collaborative team, you will enjoy ongoing support, mentoring, and supervision from our experienced Senior Property Solicitors, providing opportunities for professional development while ensuring best-practice outcomes for our clients.About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing your own conveyancing files and providing a seamless, high-quality service to clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.Key responsibilities include:Managing conveyancing files from start to finishPreparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentationLiaising with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and solicitorsConducting property searches and due diligence requirementsEnsuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC), and client due diligence requirements are completed accurately and in accordance with legislative, regulatory,
