This is a hands-on role where you will balance leadership responsibilities with clinical nursing duties.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, training, and mentoring the nursing teamCoordinating daily workflow and hospital operationsMaintaining high standards of patient care and customer serviceAssisting with rosters and stock controlSupporting veterinarians in all aspects of clinical careAbout YouCertificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with leadership or senior nurse experience highly regardedExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong team player with the ability to lead by examplePassionate about providing gold-standard care for patients and clients
