Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Creating menu items, recipes and dishes, ensuring variety and qualityWorking closely with the Executive Chef to develop menu ideasManaging daily production and planningDetermining food inventory needs, ordering and stockingControlling kitchen operational costsManaging and working closely with other Chefs of all levelsEnsuring the kitchen meets all food safety and hygiene regulationsMaintain a climate of cooperation and respect between teammatesTrain junior kitchen staffPrepare and cook food based on recipe guidelinesTo be considered for this role, you must have:Relevant qualification/sPrior experience in a similar role/settingExcellent communication skillsPassion for cooking
