We supply customers across packaging, retail display, industrial and building sectors.We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to manage customer accounts, process sales orders and coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.Key responsibilitiesCustomer service and account support (phone and email)Sales order processing and order entryLiaison with sales, production planning and logistics teamsMonitoring production schedules and delivery timelinesProviding order status updates to customersCoordinating dispatch documentation and picklistsResolving delivery,
