Most of them are capable of selling.
The opportunity is in increasing engagement, improving consistency, and building a stronger overall network.We're looking for someone to take ownership of that.This is not a purely strategic role.
It's a hands-on position working closely with agents on a daily basis to improve performance and drive results.What you'll be doingSpeaking with agents regularly and building strong working relationshipsSupporting agents to improve their sales approach and overall performanceMonitoring engagement and conversion across the networkIdentifying underperformance and addressing it directlyOnboarding new agents and supporting them to become productiveWorking with internal teams to support agent growthTracking results and contributing to planning and forecastingYou'll be managing approximately 80 agents initially,
with plans to grow the network over time.What success looks likeMore agents actively quoting each monthImproved engagement across the networkBetter conversion rates over timeA more consistent and reliable agent networkAbout youYou're comfortable speaking with people throughout the day and building rapport quicklyYou can work effectively with practical, down-to-earth business ownersYou're confident having direct conversations when performance isn't where it should beYou take ownership of your work and follow things throughYou're organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in sales is key.
