Join us and be part of a team that makes a genuine difference every day What You'll Be Doing Assist the GP during weekly clinical rounds, providing vital Finnish-to-English communication support to ensure our residents' medical needs and voices are fully understood.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our lovely residents Administer medications, complete assessments, and create care plans Monitor health needs and respond to clinical changes Work closely with a friendly, multidisciplinary team Keep clinical documentation up to standard Promote safety, wellbeing, and infection control Support and mentor junior staff and care workers About You Fluent in both Finnish and English (verbal and written) Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse At least 1 years' experience in aged care or a similar setting Skilled in wound care, medications, palliative care & more Great communication and people skills Confident using digital clinical systems You genuinely care about people and want to make a difference What We Offer Ongoing training & development - we'll support your growth Warm, inclusive team environment - like a second family Free onsite parking & café - coffee on your break?
