HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Head Chefs to join our dedicated kitchen team to run our outlets at 87a Jubilee Ave, Beverley Park NSW **** As a Head Chef in our Happysoul Catering Group you'll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring creativity, consistency, and quality across every service.You'll lead by example, from hands-on cooking to mentoring your team and maintaining solid cost and quality controls.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, staff supervision, and consistent quality.Coordinating daily service and kitchen operationPreparing and cooking foodMenu development and daily specialsManaging stock control,



ordering and food costingEnsure quality and presentation of all foods.Training and developing kitchen staff.Manage staff rosters to ensure efficient coverage and optimal workflow.Receiving & storing food stocks, kitchen supplies and equipmentAdvise on cooking procedures and demonstrating techniquesDiscussing food preparation issues with senior managementMaintaining quality, preparation and presentation of dishes qualityImplementing systems & proceduresImplement, explain and enforcing hygiene regulations & secure workplace.Select and train staff.Freeze and preserve foods.Key RequirementCertificate IV in Commercial Cookery & Diploma LevelMinimum 1 – 2 years experience as a Chef in a similar roleFlexible availability, including weekends and evenings.Positive attitude and strong team spiritHonest, humble, and results-drivenJob Type: Full-time Salary: $80,****** – $85,****** per year
