Join a supportive, high-performing Speech Pathology team making a real community impactEnjoy ongoing training and professional development in a supported work environmentTemporary Full Time role (80 hours per fortnight) Parental LeaveTemporary Part Time role (53.2 hours per fortnight) until 26 March ****About the roleBarwon Health Speech Pathology is seeking an experienced Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Centre team.You will provide high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services to inpatients within a supportive multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment.
Working across communication and swallowing disorders, you will collaborate with consumers, families and the broader healthcare team to support rehabilitation goals, independence and quality of life.Our Speech Pathology team provides services across acute inpatient, acute outpatient, sub-acute inpatient rehabilitation and aged care settings, offering excellent opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration, professional development and team connection.Key responsibilitiesProvide assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based management of communication and swallowing disorders.Deliver consumer-centred, goal-directed care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Independently manage a clinical caseload while supporting positive rehabilitation outcomes.Contribute to clinical education, supervision,
