At Voyages, we're looking for an enthusiastic people person who wants to take their hospitality experience and launch a career in Recruitment.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to learn the recruitment profession from an experienced Talent team.About UsVoyages Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in Australia's iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities at Mossman Gorge in Tropical North Queensland.Based in our Sydney CBD office, you'll support our operational teams across these unique destinations while helping people find rewarding career opportunities.About the RoleAs we head into our busy recruitment season, we're looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our high-energy Talent team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.You'll work alongside an experienced recruiters and hiring managers to attract and hire employees across a variety of roles including:Food & BeverageFront OfficeHousekeepingRetailNo extensive recruitment experience?

We'll teach you the recruitment side.

people skills and willingness to learn.What You'll Be DoingSearching for and engaging potential candidatesSupporting recruitment campaigns and hiring projectsWriting and posting job advertisementsScreening applications and conducting phone interviewsCoordinating interviews with hiring managersBuilding relationships with candidates and operational leadersLearning the end-to-end recruitment processHelping candidates understand what it's like to live and work at Ayers Rock ResortManaging multiple vacancies and priorities in a busy environmentWhat You'll BringExperience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Hotels or ResortsA positive, energetic and professional attitudeStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailConfidence talking to people from diverse backgroundsA willingness to learn and develop new skillsBasic Microsoft Outlook and Excel skillsThe ability to stay organised in a fast-moving environmentBonus Points If You HaveExposure to recruitment, onboarding or HR administrationExperience leading teams or supervising staffExperience in high-volume hospitality environmentsWhat's In It for You?
