With a private terrace in the vineyards, it's the perfect place to while away a few hours with family, friends and fantastic food.Additional to Restaurant reservations HQ takes group bookings and organise private events upon request.
Responsibilities include -Ensure exceptional, professional, friendly, efficient and memorable food & beverage service to each guestBuild professional relationships with regular clientsTeam Development - On the job mentoring and training for restaurant teamStock control, ordering, stock takesRosters, wage costTill reconciliation including cash handling and client accountingMaintenance of POS system - RedcatManage setup and service for all functions and events,



including off site catering as requiredMeet sales targetsMaintain highest standards of restaurant upkeep and cleanlinessFollow WHS, RSA and other regulationsMaintain cleaning schedules and equipmentGrow customer satisfaction and positive feedbackIncrease social media reviewsIncrease sales marginsAssist with recruitment of new team members, complete inductionThe successful applicant would possess -Minimum of two years' experience in a leadership or management roleCurrent NSW RSA certificationSuperior knowledge of food, wine and customer serviceStrong work ethicExceptional customer service and passion for peopleExcellent presentation, grooming and communication skillsA positive, punctual and qualified approachExperience with weddings and corporate eventsKnowledge of POS systems (Redcat an advantage but not essential)Availability to work weekends, public holidays, events, split shiftsHunters Quarter ************ 576 De Beyers Road, Pokolbin NSW **** Job Type: Full-time
