You'll take ownership of care planning, ensuring clinical needs are accurately assessed, documented and delivered in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll drive strong clinical outcomes through effective collaboration and communication.
You'll play a key role in monitoring resident health, managing clinical risks and responding to complex care needs,
