You'll be hands on across the portfolio, helping keep properties, tenants and landlords moving in the right direction.Your day to day will include:Conducting routine, entry and exit inspectionsLeasing coordination and tenant communicationCoordinating maintenanceAssisting with arrears management and tenancy mattersSupporting compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislationBuilding strong relationships with landlords and tenantsWorking collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional level of serviceThe difference?
