In **** we invested in additional assets in Campbellfield adding another bottling and canning line to our capacity as well as a brewhouse and state of the art distillery.We offer complete private label and contract beverage production solutions for our customers who are interested in the development of their own labels for the domestic and export markets.
Our facility houses some of the most sophisticated beverage processing equipment in the world, leading us to invest in recent technology both in beverage production, packaging and IT systems.What you'll be doing:Prioritise and manage multiple tasks to keep the bottling or canning line running smoothlyOperate and monitor machinery used in the packaging processEnsure all required reports and documentation are completed accurately and on timeReport any machine damage or use of spare partsEnsure materials and equipment are stored, used,



and maintained efficientlyImplement new processes or policy changes when neededMake sure all correct materials are used according to the packaging work orderOHS & Regulatory ComplianceEnforce compliance with OHS and company policies and proceduresPromote a strong safety culture — ensuring your team follows safe systems of workKeep work areas clean, organised, and hazard-freeQualityComplete daily and periodic quality assurance checksInspect equipment condition and troubleshoot issues as they ariseComplete Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessaryPlan, organise, and oversee the work of your packaging line teamActively supervise and interact with workers to ensure tasks are done safely and to company standardsMotivate and lead your team to meet daily output targetsProvide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to your teamHelp onboard new team members and support their growthWhat We're Looking ForWe're after someone who's confident on the floor, comfortable leading others, and can stay calm under pressure.
