This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about bikes and wants to make a significant impact in the cycling community.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records.Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and well-organised store layout that showcases our products effectively.Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.Training and Development: Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills.Health and Safety:
