It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, working as part of a supportive team, and developing a long-term career with a leading Australian trade business.As a key member of our branch, you'll play an significant role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.What You'll Be DoingProviding exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customersProcessing sales orders and assisting customers with product enquiriesDelivering products and materials safely, professionally, and on timeAssisting with warehouse operations, including stock management, receipting, and order pickingSupporting branch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfactionWorking collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch goalsWhat We're Looking ForA valid LR or MR Driver's Licence, or willingness to obtain oneStrong customer service and communication skillsA positive, reliable, and proactive attitudeAbility to work efficiently both independently and within a team environmentSound organisational skills and attention to detailExperience in customer service, warehousing, delivery driving,
