Limitless Painting & Decorating – Sydney CBD NSWWe are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator / Team Leader to join our growing team.This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes, can confidently run jobs and small teams, and understands the standard expected on high-end residential and builder projects.About the roleAs Team Leader, you will be responsible for running day-to-day painting projects and keeping jobs organised and on schedule.
You will lead and supervise painters while also working hands-on, and communicate professionally with builders, supervisors, clients and other trades.Key responsibilitiesRunning day-to-day painting projects and keeping jobs organised and on scheduleLeading and supervising painters while also working hands-onCommunicating professionally with builders, supervisors, clients and other tradesReading job scopes and understanding what is required before commencing workPreparing surfaces correctly, including sanding, filling, patching, caulking and primingInterior and exterior paintingBrush, roller and spray applicationTimber preparation, staining and clear finishesWorking with different coating systems and primers for timber,
