children and their familiesConducting daily written observations on individual children and groups of childrenGuiding and leading fellow educators to developand implement inspirational educational programs that assist children to achieve learning outcomesMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs and amending them, as requiredEnsuring the Centre's policies, procedures and health and safety requirements are adhered to by each member of the staffAbout YouA Diploma in Children's Services or an ACECQA-approved equivalent (required)2 years experience in an educator roleA current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training)A current Working with Children's CheckA strong understanding of the National Quality Standards, Government Regulations and the Early Years Learning FrameworkExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for mentoring educators and supporting children's learning and developmentA positive, reliable and team-oriented approach to working within a team
