You'll play a key part in ensuring buildings operate smoothly, safely and efficiently while building strong foundations for a long‐term career in FM.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the day‐to‐day operations of commercial office propertiesCoordinating planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activitiesAttending onsite meetings and organising contractor accessConducting regular site inspections and assisting with compliance reportingProcessing purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentationDelivering a high standard of service to tenantsMaintaining asset registers and associated recordsBuilding solid working relationships with clients, contractors and building usersAbout YouSome experience in facilities, property,
building operations or a related field is preferred, however we are open to candidates seeking their first step into property or FMAn understanding of building services is beneficialStrong customer service and relationship‐building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environmentProactive, organised and keen to learnWhy Join CBRE?
