About the RoleAs a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of your landscape maintenance team, ensuring each site is presented to the highest standard.Key responsibilities include:Conducting site inspections to assess and maintain landscape conditionMaintaining and servicing irrigation systemsLeading small teams across day-to-day site operationsTraining and mentoring new staff membersLiaising with on-site building managers to address specific site requirementsLawn mowing, hedging, pruning, and general garden maintenancePlanting, mulching,



and soft landscaping installationsIdentifying and addressing plant health and pest issuesEnsuring all work meets high quality and safety standardsReporting to the Director with maintenance updates and improvement recommendationsAbout YouMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge and experience in irrigation systemsSolid plant knowledge and practical gardening skillsManual driver's license (required)Robust leadership and communication skillsWhy Join Us?
