Dezire Homes is seeking a talented Carpenter - Maintenance all rounder to join our team in Sydney, NSW.
This full time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our high end projects.
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general carpentry, maintenance and repair tasks.What you'll be doingPerform general carpentry tasks such as installation, repair and maintenance of fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, and other woodworkDiagnose and rectify issues, providing practical solutions to maintain the functionality and appearance of client propertiesLiaise with clients, property managers, and other trades to ensure a coordinated approach to property maintenanceMaintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertakenEnsure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policiesConstruct frameworks, install doors,
