About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Window Cleaner / Working at Heights / Kitchen Cleaner to join our team.
Key duties will include:
Cleaning and maintaining buildings and windows, both inside and outCleaning and sanitising commercial kitchens, including equipment and surfacesWorking day shift (exterior commercial window and building cleaning) or night shift (interior commercial kitchen cleaning, primarily in restaurants and hospitality venues) - these are genuinely different types of work, and flexibility to work either based on business needs is valuedPerforming tasks on rooftops and at height, using a current Working at Heights ticketAdhering to the company's safety and quality standards while completing all tasksLiaising with clients on-site to understand and deliver on their cleaning and maintenance requirementsMaintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work vehicleTravelling to service client sites across NSW and interstate, including regional and interstate travel of approximately 14 to 15 weeks per year
Requirements




We are seeking a candidate who:
Is able to safely perform the physical requirements of fieldwork, including frequent work at heightIs flexible to work day shift (exterior window and building cleaning) or night shift (interior commercial kitchen cleaning in restaurants and hospitality venues) based on business needs - these are different types of work, and a preference can be discussed, though flexibility across both is highly valuedIs willing and able to travel regionally and interstate for work, including multi-day trips away from home (generally Monday to Friday, occasionally including a Sunday evening departure), for approximately 14 to 15 weeks per yearHolds a current driver's licence with a clean driving recordCommunicates professionally with clients on-site, including in residential and aged-care settingsIs willing to undergo a National Police Check, arranged and paid for by See Thru Cleaning prior to commencement, with a clean outcome required for access to Aged Care Facility sites
Highly desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in window cleaning, working at heights, or commercial kitchen cleaningHas a trade background, or experience in another hands-on, physically active occupationHolds a current Working at Heights ticketHolds a forklift licence, scaffold licence, or similar plant/height-work certification
