About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will work collaboratively with our clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality personal care and support to residents.
Reporting to the Team Leader or Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life through respectful, resident-focused care
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, hygiene, grooming and oral care supportAssist residents with meals, mobility and activities of daily livingSupport lifestyle and leisure activities that promote wellbeingObserve, document and report changes in residents' health and wellbeingMaintain accurate care documentation and recordsContribute to a safe, caring and positive environment for residents, families and colleaguesWork in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control requirements and TLC policies and proceduresPromote residents' rights, dignity, choice and independence
What You'll Need:




Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalentPrevious experience in aged careUnderstanding of the Aged Care Quality StandardsNDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Police Check)Proof of eligibility to work in AustraliaWarm and effective communication skills
