We're looking for aproactive and community-minded Maintenance Officer to support the presentation,safety and ongoing maintenance of three vibrant Retirement Living communitiesacross Pendle Hill, Forestville and Castle Cove.
Working closely with residents,village teams and the Property Services Manager, you'll play an key rolein creating welcoming communities that residents are proud to call homePermanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position – enjoy the stability.Opportunityto work across three established Retirement Living communitiesToolof trade vehicle supplied.Salarypackaging – increase your take home pay with salary packaging includingnovated leasing optionsBirthdayleave – take time to celebrate with your friends and familyBe part of a values-driven not-for-profit organisation making a genuine difference in people's livesYour ContributionMaintainthe presentation, safety and functionality of buildings, pathways, communalfacilities, outdoor spaces and surrounding grounds across three Retirement Living communitiesPerformgeneral repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance activities toensure communities remain attractive, safe and well maintained.Respondpromptly to maintenance requests and property issues, ensuring Residentsreceive friendly, professional and responsive service.Coordinateand supervise external contractors to ensure works are completed safely,efficiently and to the required standard.Buildstrong and respectful relationships with Residents,
