This role involves taking ownership of jobs, working closely with excavator operators and helping lead a productive crew.
For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to step into a working leading hand / foreman role as the company continues to grow.Key responsibilitiesPipe laying and drainage installation across stormwater, sewer and water mains projectsReading plans, levels and gradesTrench preparation, bedding, pipe installation and backfillWorking efficiently with excavator operatorsMaintaining quality and production standards on siteTaking responsibility and confidence on siteLeading and supporting crew membersLarge RCP drainage, precast pits and manholes installationDeep trench work and civil infrastructure projectsBulk and detailed excavation workAbout youStrong civil pipe-laying/drainage experienceAbility to read plans, levels and gradesExperience installing stormwater,



sewer and associated structuresGood understanding of trench preparation, bedding, pipe installation and backfillAbility to work efficiently with excavator operatorsGood attention to quality and productionReliability and a strong work ethicConfidence taking responsibility on siteCurrent White CardRelevant tickets/licences highly regardedAbout usElevate Civil Pty Ltd works with established civil contractors across NSW.
Our work includes stormwater drainage, sewer installation, water mains, large RCP drainage, precast pits and manholes, deep trench work, civil infrastructure projects, and bulk and detailed excavation.
