This newly created role offers broad, hands‐on responsibility across HR and WHS, supporting approximately 90 employees in a busy manufacturing and construction workplace.You will manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee records, compliance and day‐to‐day people matters, plus WHS meetings, training and internal audits.
