The Assistant Manager is responsible for:Overseeing the day to day running of the pub in accordance with the Owners' instructionsBeing the point of contact for regulatory bodiesEnsuring that all staff have current RSA certificates and that the RSA registry is up to date at all timesEnsuring the venue is run in a manner compliant to its liquor licence.Main Responsibilities in areas of:Venue & complianceQuality & servicePeople & CultureSupervision, Productivity and moraleFinancial performanceProductivity & moraleBuilding presentation & maintenanceMarketing and SalesOccupational health & safetyGeneralRequirementsRelevant qualification or equivalent work experienceExperience leading service within a high-quality venue.In depth knowledge of food and wineThe ability to control the financial performance of SupernormalSalary $90,000 to $100,000 base salary
