Play a proactive role in shaping the ticketing experience at Arts Centre MelbourneConveniently located in the heart of the Arts Precinct near public transportFull time, ongoing positionAbout the positionAs the Specialist, Ticketing Systems, you will bring a proactive and customer-focussed approach, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance the customer and presenter experience.
In this role, you'll configure ticket builds accurately, provide support and service to our clients and ensure seamless operation within our ticketing systems.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to excel and pivot under pressure, meet deadlines and ensure the accuracy and completion of event settlements.Full time Ongoing Position.
Band 3.2 $85,****** p.a. plus superannuation.Your Skills and Experience (Key Criteria)Relevant and practical ticketing industry experiencePrevious client management experience and the ability to develop sales and service solutions.High level of attention to detail in a time-pressured workplace.
Understanding of best-practice ticketing principles, with the ability to learn and apply new approaches to achieve desired outcomes.Ability to make sound commercial decisions in a busy environment.Demonstrated experience in using customer data to inform future decision making.Ability to deliver a high level of customer service with a proactive approach to problem solving & conflict resolution.Skills and experience in the use of Tessitura is an advantage but not requiredDependable written competency and demonstrated accuracy in data entry and the use of business systems, processes and applications.For more information about the role, please read PDSpecialist,
