We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable / Payroll Officer to join a small and supportive finance team in Altona North.This is primarily an end-to-end Accounts Payable role, with responsibility for weekly and monthly payroll.
You'll need to be confident managing AP from invoice processing through to payments and reconciliations, as well as having hands-on payroll experience.What you'll be doing:Managing the end-to-end AP functionProcessing and reconciling supplier invoices and statementsProcessing supplier payments,
including foreign currencyManaging credit card statements and AP reconciliationsRunning weekly and monthly payrollProcessing timesheets and maintaining payroll recordsAssisting with general finance tasks as requiredWhat we're looking for:3-5 years' experience across AP and PayrollStrong end-to-end AP experiencePrevious experience running payrollStrong attention to detail and accuracyConfident with accounting systems and ExcelGood organisation and time management skillsSomeone who enjoys working in a small team and taking ownershipWhat's on offer?
