Check our website to see who we are and what we do; The Role:Based in our Jamisontown Penrith office, this is a Sales Quoting Coordinator in the Automatic Door, Gate & Roller Shutter Industry.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will increase sales by creating and submitting quotes to clients, identifying new business opportunities and develop & maintain current relationshipsPrimary responsibilities will involve:Directly communicating with Field Service Technicians and customers to determine requirementsto create quotes.Promptly following up with clients upon receipt and seek feedback.Review details and estimate timeframes for job completion.Build a comprehensive knowledge in the CRM system.Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through regular contact.Manage priorities to ensure the timely processing of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through the CRM system.Utilising CRM reports to guarantee the sales department follows up on all quotes and activities.Processing, ordering of materials, and effectively managing approved quotes.Your Skills:Ideally, you possess experience in our industry; however, candidates with successful backgrounds in other sectors, such as service-based industries, are also encouraged to apply.
