This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity based in the office, offering $***** per hour plus superannuation.You'll play an important role in supporting training, compliance and day-to-day administration, ensuring employee and contractor information is accurate, onboarding requirements are completed, and site processes run smoothly.
This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys a busy environment, working across multiple priorities and being part of a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:Raising purchase orders and processing timesheetsEntering and updating employee and contractor information in site systemsAssisting with onboarding documentation, including licences, tickets, medicals and inductionsPreparing site passes and coordinating inductionsBooking travel and accommodation for site employeesMaintaining accurate records through filing,



scanning and data entryResponding to phone, email and general enquiriesProviding ad hoc administration support to the wider team as requiredLearning and applying site systems, policies, procedures and safety requirementsWhat We're Looking For:Previous administration experience, ideally within training, compliance or a site-based environmentStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailHigh level of accuracy when completing data entry and maintaining recordsConfidence learning and working across different computer and site systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work independently when requiredA collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider teamIf you're looking for a full-time administration opportunity in Moranbah where you can make an impact in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
