We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team for an upcoming event.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident leading a team, managing busy service periods and keeping things running smoothly.You'll need previous Front of House management experience, be organised and reliable, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.

efficient operationsProviding high-quality barista service and ensuring consistent coffee standardsBuilding strong relationships with guests and suppliersWorking closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless serviceMaintaining a high standard of customer service at all timesUpholding Workplace Health & Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirementsOverseeing setup, pack-down, and cleanliness of FOH areasHandling customer feedback and resolving service issues professionallyYou will bring:Proven experience in event planning and execution within a hospitality environment, including large-scale eventsStrong knowledge of event and FOH operationsBarista experience with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality coffee under pressureExcellent guest service orientation with the ability to exceed client expectationsStrong eye for detail and quality assuranceExceptional organisational and time management skillsCollaborative team player with proven leadership qualitiesFlexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellenceCurrent NSW RSA certification (essential)Own licence and transport preferred
