We are looking for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Routine Inspection Officer to join our property management team.This is a full-time position based in our modern Bundall office, with regular travel across the Gold Coast and Brisbane to conduct routine inspections.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property management, as well as an experienced inspections professional looking for a well-supported role.You will have exclusive use of a company work vehicle for carrying out your routine inspections and other work-related travel.You won't need to use your own vehicle for the role, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road while still having the support of our Property Management Team.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:Conducting routine inspections across our residential property portfolioCompleting inspections efficiently and professionally while maintaining a high standard of detailPreparing clear, accurate and comprehensive inspection reportsTaking quality photographs and documenting the condition of propertiesIdentifying maintenance issues,
damage or areas requiring attention and communicating these to the property management teamFollowing required legislative and agency procedures for property inspectionsSupporting Property Managers with inspection-related tasks and complianceMaintaining accurate records and ensuring all reports are completed within required timeframesProviding professional and respectful communication with tenants & ownersWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Currently registered in QLD real estateHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident working independently and managing a daily inspection scheduleProfessional, reliable and well-presentedA strong communicator with a friendly and approachable mannerComfortable using technology, inspection software and taking property photographsAble to identify maintenance and presentation issuesHolding a current driver's licenceComfortable spending a significant portion of the day travelling between propertiesExperienced in property management or routine inspections (highly regarded, but not essential)Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and genuine interest in building a career in real estate.Why Join Us?
