Primo Foods is seeking a Workplace Training Assessor to join our Human Resources team in Wacol supporting our afternoon shift from approximately 3:00pm to 11:00pm.This role is responsible for delivering and assessing workplace training programs that support employee competency, safety, food safety compliance and professional development across operational teams.
Working closely with leaders and employees, you'll coordinate training activities, maintain compliance records and help build a skilled and capable workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver effective task-specific and site-based training and competency assessments across operational areasProvide mentoring and on-the-job support to employees undertaking training programsIdentify training gaps in partnership with team leaders and implement targeted training solutionsReview, develop and update task descriptions and competency assessment materialsCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts and management to ensure training content remains relevant and effectiveMaintain accurate training records, databases and Learning Management System (LMS) informationDeliver face-to-face inductions, refresher training and classroom-based learning sessionsConduct on-the-job training for employees transitioning into current roles and responsibilitiesSupport and facilitate e-learning programs,



including monitoring learner progress and accessibilityAssist with training compliance activities, audit preparation, documentation management and assessment trackingWhat You'll BringCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or a willingness to obtain this qualificationPrevious experience delivering classroom-based and on-the-job training to diverse audiencesExperience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment (desirable)Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levelsExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPointExposure to LMS, HRMS or other training management systemsWhy Join Primo?
