If you enjoy explaining how things work, creating learning resources, and making complex tools feel simple -this might be your perfect next step.This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone with a year or two of customer-facing experience who's ready to build their career in a quick-moving tech company.About the teamOur Training team is small but mighty -we work across departments, bring energy to everything we do, and love finding ways to make learning easier and more engaging.
You'll be supported by our National Training Manager and have exposure to teams across the entire business.Where and how you'll workWe're based in North Sydney, and this is a hybrid role -we're in the office 3 days a week.
You'll be collaborating closely with teams across the business, so we're looking for someone who's keen to be part of the energy and connection that comes with being on‐site.What you'll be doingAt Eftsure, we protect B2B payments from fraud and error -before they happen.
Our training team plays a critical role in helping customers and colleagues get the most out of our platform.
You'll deliver training, create useful resources, and make sure users (internal and external)



feel confident and equipped.Your day-to-day will include:Running onboarding sessions and refresher training for customersHosting engaging webinars to walk through product functionalityDelivering internal training (on everything from onboarding to security awareness)Writing and updating training materials -user guides, process docs, and moreCreating online learning modules for both customers and employeesKeeping our Zendesk knowledge base current and helpfulCollaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Support to stay aligned on changesOccasionally supporting sales demos when product expertise is neededYou'll thrive in this role if:You've got1 – 2 years' experience in a customer-facing roleYou're a strong communicator -comfortable speaking in front of people and writing clearlyYou're tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and systemsYou're organised, self-motivated, and happy working independentlyYou're naturally curious and love finding better ways to do thingsYou're confident, adaptable, and resilient when things change fastWhat's in it for you?
