You will manage inbound enquiries, make outbound calls, build rapport and guide prospective clients towards services that help them remain well, independent and connected at home.We are looking for someone who enjoys achieving targets but understands that successful sales begin with listening, empathy and trust.What You'll DoManage a high volume of inbound and outbound callsBuild rapport with prospective, recent and returning clientsUnderstand each client's needs and recommend suitable AQ servicesFollow up enquiries consistently and convert suitable leads into clientsGuide clients through the intake and onboarding processAchieve weekly intake, conversion and service growth targetsMaintain accurate records and manage follow-up activitiesWork closely with operational teams to deliver a smooth client experienceFind practical solutions when clients face barriers to accessing servicesAbout YouYou are confident on the phone, motivated by results and skilled at building genuine connections.




You know how to progress a conversation while ensuring each person feels heard, respected and supported.You will bring:Proven experience in phone-based sales, customer acquisition or client intakeExperience in a fast-paced call centre or high-volume contact environmentA track record of achieving individual or team targetsConfidence managing inbound enquiries and making outbound callsA warm, patient and empathetic telephone mannerStrong listening, questioning and relationship-building skillsResilience and confidence when following up prospective clientsExcellent organisation and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive, team-focused and solutions-oriented approachKnowledge of aged care, dementia support, health care or community services would be beneficial but is not essential.
