this is a great opportunity to join a well known brand supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand.Our client is expanding their Customer Service team in preparation for the busy Christmas season.
You'll be fully trained and supported to handle a range of customer enquiries across inbound and outbound calls and emails.Your day to day:Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and emailRespond to enquiries about deliveries, orders, and take payments over the phoneAccurately process customer orders and dataBuild rapport with customers and promote the product rangeContribute to a positive and team oriented work environmentAbout you:Previous customer service experience (call centre experience highly regarded)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work full time hours, Monday to Friday, on rotating 8-hour shifts between 8:00am to 6:00pmAvailability to commence immediatelyMust be able to reliably commute to Regents ParkFull training is provided.
